@ScottNevins @verizon @TMobile I switched from AT&T in 2009 been with T-Mobile since then and very happy with them. Customer service always helpful. No question too small.

Your hotspot plan data sucks! I can’t even add a device without it saying that my address is invalid. The same one I’ve had for a while now. Can’t even use my hotspot device. Refunding, thanks for absolutely nothing @Verizon

@VZWSupport Hi. I’ve been having voicemail issues for months. I can access, but callers cannot leave messages. I cannot access visual voicemail in general or in my settings (iPhone XR, iOS 15) but I believe it is set up on my account. Could this be the problem? Please help!
