@VZWSupport Hi. I’ve been having voicemail issues for months. I can access, but callers cannot leave messages. I cannot access visual voicemail in general or in my settings (iPhone XR, iOS 15) but I believe it is set up on my account. Could this be the problem? Please help!

@VerizonSupport All logging in did was kick me over to a bunch of "trade in your phone for a new one" type ads.My wifi signal is up but it isn't connected to the internet. Wasn't sure if it was an outage issue or if my modem finally died on me (an issue I had every few years with Spectrum)

@OptimumHelp Altice truly sucks. My TV freezes every 5 seconds, making it basically unwatchable. This is after resetting the box. Can’t tell you how many times this has happened but I will be going back to FIOS (never had this issue with Verizon).

@Unplanned_Rant @debcombs14 My wife has Verizon and I have T-Mobile. She always has service when I don't with T-Mobile. How would call for help if you broke down in your car when you have no service. Ask somebody with Verizon and say can I use your phone.

@maybellinecat My Verizon plan was up for renewal after this month, so I just renewed only the internet service and dropped the cable and land line. It's also no contract now. I think cable providers know that more people are going to go this direction, so they're making it pretty easy to do.
