O’Fallon is home to two public school districts: the Central School District 104 serves 600 students from kindergarten through eighth grade, while District 90 serves more than 3,200 students, also kindergarten through eighth grade. O’Fallon’s 200-Acre Family Sports Park

The crown jewel of our City, and of St. Clair County, is the 200-acre Family Sports Park, Illinois’ premier destination for O’Fallon youth sports, as well as adult and championship sports.

National and regional baseball and softball tournaments are regular fixtures at this complex, which also boasts eight lighted, all-weather synthetic turf soccer fields. The Family Sports Park offers other amenities as well, including a Splash Pad, pavilions, concession stands and more. It’s one spot in O’Fallon you can’t miss.

As a Home Rule City, O’Fallon functions as an aldermanic form of government, which means that the mayor is elected for a four-year term and is considered the chief executive officer of the city. In addition, two aldermen are elected for each of the city’s seven wards. The O’Fallon City Council makes decisions on ordinances, laws or policy, and an administrator acting as the chief operating officer of the city implements new initiatives.
