Tomorrow we, the students of PDGM ExP 23-25 batch, are going for our one-month-long international immersion as a part of our current executive MBA program at Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India. The partner institution from where are going to do the immersion program is ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, Portugal.We are all very excited, for different reasons. I am very excited to visit the country of my idol, Mr. Cristiano Ronaldo (CR7).Although I am excited, the question in my mind was: how will this immersion program help me?After doing some research online, I figured out why many of the top Indian business schools include international immersion in their MBA program. These are my findings, which I think are really important:1) They expose students to diverse cultures, economies, and business practices, expanding their understanding of global markets and perspectives.
