I am super confused on all the high ratings for this place. I went there because my friend said they do good nails. Well $50 gets you a basic basic gel pedicure. They give you a free drink and I don't drink alcohol so they gave me flat soda which wasn't even drinkable. The women who did my nails and my daughter's nails didn't talk to us the whole time. The girl who did my daughter's pedicure was on her phone half the time and kept answering her phone and looking at it. My lady gave my legs a massage and spent more time scrubbing my feet and stuff. My daughter didn't even get a leg massage at all and we had the same exact pedicure. To top it off I didn't even get the color I asked for. The color was fine and then I asked for sparkle and it completely changed the entire color of my nails. They should know this when they do a sparkle and let me know. Or they should have been able to see that the color completely changed to pink rather than coral what I wanted. I definitely would not give this place another dime. The girl who did my daughter's pedicure walked away so quick I told my daughter to keep her tip. The lady who did mine told her something and she came back. Nope, no tip. You're in too much of a rush on that phone!

Jenni is amazing. I am in love with my nails!!! I brought a reference photo and she was able to almost copy it perfectly. So happy!

I had an okay experience here. Rachel did my pedicure and she was super nice - I did the deluxe version and it was $65 (worth it). For my finger nails the experience wasn't as good. I asked for normal white French tip and she put a coat of pink under it. They look really good still so it wasn't too big of an issue, just not what I asked for. I was uncomfortable most the time because she kept trying to scoot me forward even though my chair wouldn't go any further and then made me sit up as straight as possible.
Edit: After one week the gel polish on my toes started to lift/chip. Also during my pedicure she clipped my nail too short and I had to deal with pain for several days.

Kaitlyn was AMAZING! Loved her customer service and advice on the aftercare for my gel nails. I wish I could give her 5 stars.
However, Helen did my moms BIRTHDAY nails and was very rude. My mom had surgery on her forearm for some tendons and Helen became irritated when my mom couldn't move her wrist/arm the way Helen wanted her to. My mom had a design she wanted but told Helen never mind once she noticed the attitude and passive aggressive behavior. I only had gel paint so I was done before my mom. Once I got over there and kept commenting on her birthday set, then Helen decided to stop the attitude and just gave her sparkles instead of the design she wanted.
We will not be returning.
