• Excellent Epic Commander for PVE and PVP (Open-field like as F2P).

Belisarius Summary

Belisarius is considered one of the fastest and most versatile Epic commanders, specializing in leading cavalry.

He is a great Epic commander that every player should have on their commander list as a great option for Open-field.

His active skill “Deception” is incredible thanks to the great debuff of Attack and Defense reduction that deals his target in addition to dealing considerable damage.

“Irresistible” is a great PVE skill that increases damage vs. neutral units by 35%.

“Bucellarii” is a passive skill that makes him a very defensive commander to lead cavalry as it provides a strong percentage of Defense, as well as quick to escape from any situation (this skill is improved by “Expertise“).

His last passive skill “Oblique Tactics” causes Belisarius to deal more damage by reducing the target defense to 50%.

Open-field Build (Speed / Attack)

Belisarius is one of the fastest commanders of Rise of Kingdoms, this build is excellent to hunt down many enemies trying to escape from us.

You can also use it as F2P players hunting enemy resource points to weaken their troops and resources. This is a mode fun game that many F2P players flock to increase their stats.

This build is focused on march speed that Belisarius can reach in any situation.

The below alternative attack build is considered effective only for Open-field and not against all types of commanders.

We must be smart and effective in attacks, here we lose some talents of march speed to increase others of Attack and Defense, Belisarius will be much more offensive-defensive, but you will lose your main speed skills.

Peacekeeping Talents

• Quick Study: Increases experience obtained from defeating barbarians and other neutral units by 15%. In this build it is not necessary but we must develop it for the next talents.
• Insight: Reduces action points cost to attack barbarians and other neutral units by 9%. In this build it is not necessary but we must develop it for the next talents.
• Thoroughbreds: Increases march speed of all troops by 9%. A great talent to increase the march speed, one of the most important talents for speed build.

Mobility Talents

• Spiked Armor: Increases counterattack damage dealt by 1.5%. Good talent to return damage to our enemy in any battle.
• Lightning Charge: Increases march speed of all troops by 6%. We continue to increase our march speed.
• Vortex: Grants a 10% chance to decrease target march speed by 15% for the next 3 seconds whenever an active skill is used. Taking advantage of this probability we will reduce the speed of our enemy during any pursuit, which will be more favorable for our mobility.
• Saving Cross: Reduces skill damage taken by 9%. Belisarius will take less damage from any skill the enemy uses.
• Hasty Departure: When troops led by this commander depart from a structure, increase march speed by 60% for the next 10 seconds. A great talent to chase or flee as long as we enter a structure or resource point, we can use this 10 second bonus to increase our speed.
• Swiftness: When troops led by this commander are attacked by an active skill, increases march speed by 15% for the next 5 seconds. Ideal if we escape from a fight, if an enemy commander attacks Belisarius with his skill, he will be much faster for 5 seconds

• Galea: Increases health of cavalry units by 3%. The cavalry led by Belisarius will be much more tank.

	Cavalry commander specialized in Peacekeeping thanks to his talents and skill, CC is one of the best combinations with Belisarius to defeat barbarian forts.
	Lohar is a great commander for PVE, his resistance and healing when defeating neutral units are incredible to stay for a long time without returning home.
	Another great commander for PVE, it has a pretty good damage per skill, in addition to healing, both commanders are excellent for defeating barbarians on the map or destroying barbarian forts.

PVP
	The combination of Belisarius-CC or vice versa is the fastest of Rise of Kingdoms, both share the same talents and their skills have a lot of similarity, it is a fearsome pairing for Open-field, the fastest in the game.
